Pay $25 by Friday at 3 pm. Turn in receipts please. If someone didn't sign up- EMAIL ME! Headshots and Action shots ONLY. Our group photo will be taken on Tuesday at 8:15 am at Timberline. What to wear: Since we are doing the group photo and individual shots on different days, you can wear what ever you want. Head shots are typically from your shoulders up. Dress code for action shots is what we can wear in concert- so you need to be wearing at least a one inch strap and shorts to your mid thigh. Please practice your action shots in the clothes you are going to wear BEFORE Saturday. Be prepared with two action shots. You can come early and I can help you with your shapes, but do NOT be late. We are planning on having overlap among the groups. We will hurry as quickly as possible, but do expect some wait time. Time: 8:30: CC, Lolo, Maci, Lacey, 8:45: Bella, Anja 9:00: Liv, Nina, Kenason 9:15: Brooke, Indy, Nicole, Elizabeth 9:30: Chloe, Lucy, Kayleigh P., Emma Master Class: TDC Gear. After Gold Costume: Dancers are responsible to bring unitard, black leggings and fitted black t-shirt or tank top. Trio: Bring unitard Hague: I will bring the gold accent costumes and the white dresses for the trio. Master Class: Be at West Lake at 5:00. Enter through the north side of the building by the tennis courts. The master class is held in the Aux Gym starts promptly at 5:10-6:10. Rehearsal of bows will happen at 6:15. Call Time: 6:30 in the Orchestra room- I will take roll. DANCERS GET COSTUME READY IN DRESSING ROOM (NO MAKE UP IN DRESSING ROOMS). Make up can be done ONLY in the dance room. NO RUNNING IN THE HALL, EATING IN DRESSING ROOMS, TOUCHING ANY INSTRUMENTS, DANCERS ARE EITHER IN THEIR DRESSING ROOMS OR WATCHING THE SHOW. You will have 15 minutes to do make up touch ups and change into your costume. We will try to find a spot to mark our dance at 6:45. Concert: 7:00-8:15 Dancers can sit in the audience (preferably by each other as a company) you need to exit at the end of the 10th number. Go to hall by the stage, you will be back stage on the 13th number. We go on 14th. Return Costumes: You will return costumes to me, maci and emma. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of points. Bow: Wear jackets. Go home. Sleep. Thank you to all those that submitted choreography proposals. You will make our concert great! Because we will be in groups of 10, teaching/learning choreography will go a lot faster than one of our group dances. Keep in mind that you have roughly 6 hours to teach and CLEAN a two-three minute dance. YOU CAN DO IT!! Below is a tentative schedule of choreography.
